What happens to your practice
ClefPulse is built so that most of this page can say “nothing leaves your device”. Below is exactly what does leave it, and why.
Is my practice recorded or uploaded?
No. Every exercise runs in your browser: the timing of your taps, the note and interval prompts, and the sound itself are all produced on your device. Nothing you clap or play is uploaded, ClefPulse asks for no microphone access, and it accepts no files.
What is measured about my visit?
Two Vercel services run on every visit: Web Analytics counts page views and Speed Insights measures how fast pages load. Both are cookieless, neither builds a profile of you, and query strings are removed before a page view is recorded, so a shared exercise link never reports the settings inside it.
Why is there no cookie banner?
Because there is nothing to ask about. ClefPulse runs no advertising, no Google Analytics and no session recording, so no non-essential tag is loaded and no consent is needed. If that ever changes, the consent banner arrives with it and this page is updated in the same release.
What is stored on my device?
Three things, and nothing else: a cookie remembering which language you chose, a session cookie while you are signed in, and the installed app cache that lets the exercises open offline. Clearing your browser storage for this site removes all three.
What does an account hold?
A name, an email address, a password if you set one, the connected Google account if you used one, and the sessions currently signed in. Those records live in a Postgres database. No exercise attempt is attached to an account, because no page stores one yet; when saved progress arrives, this answer changes with it.
What email will I receive?
Two messages and no others: one to confirm your address, and one to set a new password when you ask for a reset. There is no newsletter. Both are delivered by Resend, which receives the address and the message in order to send it.
What happens to a message I send?
A message from the contact form becomes an entry in a private issue tracker on GitHub that only the people building ClefPulse can read. It carries what you wrote, the category you chose, the language you were reading, and your address if you supplied one.
How do I ask what is held about me?
Write to info@ihtech.ba or use the contact form to ask what is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it removed. An account can also be deleted from its own page at any time, without asking anyone.
